Salmon, carrots, raspberries, cilantro, rosemary and thyme in foil pouch

Add a 1/4 to 1/2 inch of stock to a tight pouch of foil (on a bed of ramem if you like) then add a splash of mirin, a dash of olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper to taste and bake for 20 to 35 (for 1/2lb of salmon/tuna/cod) mins at 400F and thats well done. Reduce time as needed.
