A TAM Linhas Aéreas é a marca brasileira da LATAM Airlines Group, holding formada após a fusão da TAM com a chilena LAN Airlines, completada em 22 de Junho de 2012. A companhia é a maior companhia aérea do Brasil e depois da fusão, a maior de toda a América Latina, sendo uma das 20 maiores do mundo e a líder no Hemisfério Sul em número de passageiros transportados.1 Sua sede está localizada em São Paulo, igualmente com seus dois principais centros de operações (ou hub), Aeroporto de Congonhas e Aeroporto Internacional de Guarulhos. Além destes, o Aeroporto Internacional Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek,o Aeroporto Internacional do Galeão e o Aeroporto Internacional de Confins também servem como principais centros de distribuição de voos da companhia.
Uma frota composta por 165 aeronaves Airbus (A319-100, A320-200, A321-200, A330-200 e A340-500) e Boeing (767-300ER e 777-300ER) operam na malha aérea da TAM que voa para países na América do Norte, América do Sul e Europa, a TAM conta com 20 destinos internacionais e 42 destinos em todos os Estados do Brasil.

Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus é um segmento da empresa Man Latin América para a criação de caminhões e ônibus. A empresa foi fundada em 1980, após a compra de ações da Chrysler Motors do Brasil.
Os caminhões e ônibus Volkswagen são produzidos no Brasil (em Resende) e mandados em regime SKD para África do Sul, México e Abu Dhabi, nos Emirados Árabes Unidos. Novos mercados estão sendo vistos nas regiões do Oriente Médio e Austrália.
Atualmente a VW Caminhões e Ônibus faz parte do grupo MAN AG, que estendeu suas operações na América do Sul.

TAM Airlines (Portuguese: TAM Linhas Aéreas) is the Brazilian brand of LATAM Airlines Group. The merger of TAM with LAN Airlines was completed on June 22, 2012. The company is currently the largest Brazilian airline by market share and fleet size, though it is not a flag carrier.
Before the takeover, TAM was Brazil’s and Latin America’s largest airline. Its headquarters are in São Paulo, operating scheduled services to destinations within Brazil, as well as international flights to Europe and other parts of North and South America. Shares in the company were traded on the São Paulo Exchange (BM&F Bovespa) and New York Stock Exchange as "TAM". Prior to the merger with LAN, the company closed its capital, transferring its shares to Latam Airlines Group.
According to the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC), between January and December 2012 TAM had 40.79% of the domestic and 89.44% of the international market shares in terms of passengers per kilometre flown. Starting September 2010 statistics refer to the totality of TAM Group, comprising TAM Airlines and TAM (Paraguay)

Volkswagen Trucks and Buses (VTB), Portuguese: Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus Ltda (VWC), is a Brazilian commercial vehicles manufacturing company based in Resende, Brazil and a subsidiary of MAN SE. It manufactures heavy trucks and buses under the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles marque.
Volkswagen Trucks and Buses was originally a part of the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles division of the Volkswagen Group, but as of 1 January 2009, it is now under the ownership of MAN SE and is now MAN Latin America.
