To make the tea: 3 teaspoons fresh flowers (or 1 tsp dried) per cup.
Put the flowers in a cup or teapot; pour just boiled water over; cover and let stand 5 minutes; pour into cup through a strainer.

Chamomile or Camomile is a common name for several daisy-like plants.
