Essentials Oils for Healthy Glowing Skin

Trends in health and beauty is more confidence in the effectiveness of natural and organic ingredients. Skin care is no exception, with more people begin to realize the purity of what they put on their skin is as important as what they eat. The skin is the largest organ, and is generally permeable to substances applied on it. This is particularly important in wound healing, for the skin may be broken and become more sensitive. Now take essential oils, these powerful herbal medicines have been used for many years to treat skin conditions, enhancing beauty and promoting wellness. Oils have found particularly useful for regenerating skin that has suffered an accident or surgery, or have their remaining signs in the form of keloid, acne scars or other. Certain essential oil blends can speed healing time, reduce or eliminate the scars of recent injury and even significantly reduce the incidence of old.

There are a few primary essential oils used in skin care which offer their regenerative properties, these oils can be used at low concentrations and are generally well-tolerated – certainly more than many synthetic ingredients. Among the available essentials oils the most important one may be Helichrysum italicum, also known as the eternal oil. This wonderful oil is distilled from yarrow like flowers of the herb. This oil has an interesting earthy aroma and, despite the apparent charge, it works in very low concentrations (a few drops per tablespoon of your total mixture). Helichrysum is strongly anti-inflammatory and contains powerful regenerative molecules (ketones called Italidiones) is unique to this oil only.

Helichrysum is the foundation of many blends of skin healing, and can be used by itself in a synergistic carrier oil such as Rosehip seed and/or Tamanu. This combination may be all that is necessary to accelerate the healing of recent wounds – though complementary, extracts of CO2 to the state full of nutrients may be useful as well. Kurt Schnaubelt, one of America’s leading aromatherapists finds its ultimate guide to the “Advanced Aromatherapy” that Helichrysum essential oil of the wounds and rosehip seed ice cream with little or no scar. If helichrsyum is too pricy, you can choose Rosemary ct Verbenone, and / or sage – and renewable oils also contain ketones.

Other Oils to Consider:

In addition to Helichrysum, there are 4 CO2 extracted oils, extremely useful for skin healing. They are rich in carotenoids and other vitamins as anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory drugs: Sea Buckthorn, Rosehip and Carrot Root. Of these, Buckthorn, the longest track record, to be advised on almost every imaginable condition skin. Note that this is the CO2 that we are discussing, not the pressed oil. Carrot Root is rich in nutrient beta-carotene and others well known to be involved in skin healing.

Rosehip is completely extracted from the whole rosehips – not just the seed. So when you share some of the ingredients with the rosehip seed carrier oil, it has much more complex character. (Rosehip seed oil brings a lot of studies of its effectiveness in reducing scars and the skin’s appearance – rosehip seed oil “Total” CO2 essential oil has a higher density of nutrients and regenerated nutrients, then you should take a super formula). Finally, Calendula is now available in concentrated form (and infused oil), and is also supported by scientific evidence of healing – especially burns.

The essential oils mentioned here must be diluted with a carrier oil applied daily. In aromatherapy, more is not better! There have been numerous studies that show great efficacy of essential oils in low concentrations based on the seed or nut carrier oils. Two of the most commonly used base oils for skin care are Rosehip seed oil, and Tamanu nut oils. As already mentioned, the Rosehip seed oil has many documented uses in skin care, with its triple-fatty acids and vitamin compounds. Ice Cream Rosehip seed has the ability to support the regeneration of tissues like the retina, but without drying or redness of the side effects. Tamanu nut oil, also called Callophylum Foraha realatively and a new stage of skin care, but can also be significantly more effective than ice cream rose hip seed, and combining the two, because the base creates an incredible synergy healing.

On to the Blends!

So how can we mix these natural botanical for particular uses? There are some simple but effective recipes specifically for wound healing and scar reduction.

To treat old keloid or acne scars: in a base of 1 ounce each of Rosehip Seed oil and Tamanu, mix one milliliter of Helichrysum italicum each essential oil, Salvia officinalis essential oil and sea buckthorn OR rosehip oils, total CO2. For the best result use a regular three to six months – the older scars will take some time to break and rearrange. If you are still prone to acne breakouts, DO NOT use Rosehip oil at all. Instead, use a 1 oz of virgin land Tamanu and Coconut. This is a thick, it is necessary to dissolve the coconut before mixing, and you may end up with a sort of calm when you have done it all. Do not worry, it will be smoothly absorbed by your skin!

For more recent cuts, scrapes, and even surgical incisions and burns (which have reached the point where they are sure to get wet – not the subject of re-bleeding), use the same Tamanu and Rosehip seed oil mixture with the addition of one milliliter of Helichrysum, Lavender Vera milliliter, and 2 ml of carrot root. In a very inflamed or irritated skin (especially burns), add 1 / 2 to 1 ml Calendula CO2. Apply twice a day, while the wound heals.

To eliminate or to reduce stretch marks after giving birth to the possible extent, again for each one ounce of Tamanu oil and Rosehip seed, add one milliliter Sage and Rosemary verbenone ml. Include 1/2 to 1 ml Calendula CO2, if you want. As with the formula for old scars, use this regularly for several months.

So there is a powerful combination of natural botanical ingredients that may support certain skin diseases. Many, many skin care formulas are available when blending essential oils – many of the oils that can support well in certain situations. If necessary, a little 'research should go a long way to help you find what you need. And, as always, essential oils, go slowly, pay attention to the reactions of the body, and remember that increasing concentrations of essential oils are not doing a more effective blend. Be safe and enjoy.
