Orange Blossom – Sweet and Light I buy a lot of Aura Cacia essential oils and they seem to me to be of high quality. Neroli is actually orange blossom – something I would not have known if I hadn’t looked it up in one of my favorite essential oil books. I was surprised to learn that this delicate oil is anti-bacterial, antiseptic and is also an aphrodisiac. Egyptians believe this oil heals the mind, spirit and body. If you are depressed this is an oil you should consider. It really brightens up my mood and almost makes me feel a little more relaxed. It can also be used at night to help you get to sleep. Happy Dreams.~The Rebecca Review

Doesn’t smell as sweet I usually like Aura Cacia essential oils, even though I was recently told by someone at at a healthfood store that they are inferior to a few other brands…? Anyhoo, I became hooked on Neroli after receiving a free face spray with purchase a few months ago. The original product is fabulous, but b/c I own a mister and think I can get the same effect without the label and hefty price tag, I thought I’d simply buy the neroli and give it a whirl. I received today, and the packaging and shipping speed were fine, but the oil doesn’t smell nearly as sweet as I thought it would. I actually have a bit of the aromatherapy spray left over (the one I was trying to mimic), and by comparison, this neroli is not as “bright”. I’m going to update my review if it proves true otherwise, but I’m hoping that my olfactory senses are just a bit off today, considering how much more this oil is than some others…
